Candice Distiller

Candice Distiller has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Candice currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at 3 Way since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Leadhome starting from November 2020. From March 2019 to September 2020, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer and later went on to become the Managing Director of the South African operation at VATGLOBAL (VAT IT Group). Before that, they served as the Group Finance Executive at A1 Capital (Pty) Ltd from May 2018 to February 2019. Candice Distiller was also a founding shareholder and director of the business, Revfin, where they held the position of Chief Financial Officer, building a successful business with a significant book and a large client base. Candice gained extensive experience at SA Taxi, where they held various roles such as Head of New Product Development, Head of SA Taxi Media, Credit Portfolio Analyst, and Group Financial Manager. Candice joined SA Taxi in July 2009 and left in December 2014. Candice Distiller began their career at Grant Thornton LLP, where they worked as an Articles member from January 2003 to December 2005. Before that, they also gained experience working as Cruise staff at Costa Cruise Lines North America. Candice holds a strong background in finance and has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and business development throughout their career.

Candice Distiller received their Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1999 and 2002.
