Geo Anico is an accomplished professional with extensive management experience in various reputable companies. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at 411 Locals since October 2017, Geo has held multiple positions including Department Manager for Upsales & Expansion and Customer Service Manager. Previous roles include Operations Manager at TaskUs Philippines from August 2016 to August 2017, and Operations Manager at Teleperformance from August 2014 to August 2016, where responsibilities included supervising a team of operations supervisors and developing performance management schemes. Geo's career began at Aegis Global, where positions ranged from Operations Manager to Executive in Hospitality Operations from June 2010 to August 2014. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Science from Technological University of the Philippines, graduating cum laude, alongside participation in a student exchange program at Kumoh National Institute of Technology in South Korea.
