Jon Morgan

Jon Morgan is currently the Chief Information Officer & Head of Revenue Cycle at 42 North Dental. Prior to this, they were with EyeCare Services Partners (ESP) from June 2019 to May 2022, where they served as the Chief Information Officer/Senior Vice President Revenue Cycle. In this role, they were responsible for spearheading information technology and revenue cycle management, as well as driving performance, building and expanding multi-site healthcare services platforms, and making key decisions to enhance operational excellence.

During their time at ESP, Jon successfully directed total revenue management, overseeing all aspects from front desk operations to insurance verification processes and claim reconciliation procedures. Jon also delivered direction and leadership over a team responsible for developing PowerBI dashboards to provide awareness of performance accomplishments and work in the process flow, ultimately enhancing clean claim percentages from 92% to 99% and propelling revenue. In addition, Jon generated a $5M savings in information technology annual run rate by converting contractors to employees, eliminating some MSPs, and negotiating pivotal deals on circuits and hardware. Finally, they led a point of sale (POS) initiative adapting workflow to capture copays and unsettled pays as patients check-in and pay bills, improving collections from 23% to 50% and driving $7M in revenue.
