Helen Siguenza

Director, HR, People & Culture at 4A's

Helen Siguenza is currently the Director of HR, People, & Culture at 4A's. Prior to this role, Helen was the Human Resources Manager at Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc. from March 2018 to June 2021. In this role, Helen was responsible for training new employees, providing working leadership and guidance to tellers, and verifying transactions. Prior to their role at Nassau Candy Distributors, Inc., Helen was the Assistant Head Teller at Valley National Bank from September 2010 to July 2014, where they trained new employees in the role of teller and provided working leadership and guidance to tellers. Helen also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Pay-O-Matic Corp. from January 2015 to March 2018, where they were responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and processing new hire paperwork and terminations for the Brooklyn and Manhattan districts. In this role, Helen also developed an orientation and store manager training program.

Helen Siguenza holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York College, City University of New York (CUNY). Helen also has a certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional).

Helen Siguenza reports to Marla Kaplowitz, President & CEO. Helen Siguenza works with Harley Griffiths - SVP, Member Engagement & Development, Eastern Region, David-Anthony Powell - SVP, Central Region, & Member Engagement & Development, and Chick Foxgrover - EVP, Creative Technology & Innovation.
