Jonatan Jürisoo

Director of Group Sales & Marketing Operations at 4C Strategies

Jonatan Jürisoo has a diverse work experience that spans over several years in various roles and industries. Jonatan started their career as an Assistant Attache at the Permanent Mission of Sweden to the United Nations in New York, where they covered General Assembly plenary meetings and represented Sweden in diplomatic events. Later, they worked as a Desk Officer at the Regeringskansliet, Utrikesdepartementet, where they coordinated Sweden's policy on the EU's military missions and was involved in negotiations with different government agencies.

After that, Jürisoo held the position of Second Secretary during the Swedish EU Presidency at the Permanent Mission of Sweden to the United Nations in New York. In this role, they were responsible for covering issues related to Sustainable Development and Disaster Risk Reduction and represented the EU in UN General Assembly resolution negotiations.

Jürisoo then transitioned into the private sector, working for 4C Strategies in various management and consultant roles. Jonatan served as a Consultant, leading and facilitating projects in risk and continuity management for clients like the Swedish Police Authority and the Swedish Energy Agency. Jonatan later became a Senior Consultant and Business Area Manager in the Government Sector, responsible for client relations and quality assurance.

In their most recent role at 4C Strategies, Jürisoo was the Sales Director for 4C Strategies Nordic, leading a team of business development managers and being responsible for the sales results on Nordic level. Jonatan then became the Director of Group Sales & Marketing Operations, where they had overall responsibility for all sales and market-related processes on a group level.

Throughout their career, Jürisoo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, client management capabilities, and experience in risk management, crisis management, and business development.

Jonatan Jürisoo obtained a Master's degree in Political Science from Uppsala University between 2003 and 2007. In 2018, they completed a certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online. Most recently, in 2022, they pursued studies in Digital Marketing Analytics at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on the field of Marketing.
