Matthew Conte has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Technical Support Representative/Assistant at Charleton Financial, LLC, where they represented clients' financial management programs and implemented software programs. Matthew then worked as an Assistant Manager at Killington Resort, where they assisted in day-to-day operations and provided software support and training to employees.

Matthew later joined MEDITECH as an Implementation Specialist, supporting multiple hospitals in implementing their Management Information Systems and providing training and desktop support to end users. Matthew then transitioned to a Customer Success role at athenahealth, where they served as a Senior Solutions Consultant for six years. In this role, they played a crucial role in establishing process guidelines, improving clinical workflows, and consulting ambulatory practices on clinical configuration builds, leading to increased patient volume and client revenue. Matthew also crafted executive readouts to showcase the value of their services to upper management.

Currently, Matthew is working at 4G Clinical as a Support Project Lead II.

Matthew Conte attended SUNY Brockport and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2009. Matthew also studied Business/Communication at Castleton University, although the dates of their enrollment are unknown.
