Mike Brown

Mike Brown is the current CTO and Founder at 4insite. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product, Business Process Automation at First Republic Bank from January 2015 to September 2016. There, they drove the client onboarding initiative breaking down silos across LOBs using business process automation and master data management. Mike also created a Center of Excellence around business process automation and Appian.

From June 2014 to December 2014, Brown was the Sr Product Manager at Ebates. There, they delivered a cash back hotel booking application which pulled inventory from Expedia APIs and allowed booking of rooms in line with the Ebates business model.

Brown's first role in the financial sector was at Bank of America as Enterprise Architect from March 2013 to May 2014. There, they led Global Client Services through the adoption of Agile and an overall optimization of their SDLC. This included training business analysts on how to be product owners and extending that role into product managers. Mike also defined the architecture for a document management service capable of generating documents, pre-filling data and uploading documents to several core document repositories.

Mike Brown attended California State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

They are on a team with Douglas Ridley - Director of Product, Michael Sabado - Director of Info Systems, and Bryan Bickel - Director of Design. Mike Brown reports to Marie Espinoza, President & Founder.
