Vinayak Megharaj

Vinayak Megharaj has a decade of experience in product management and consulting. In 2010, they began their career as a Programmer Analyst for Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they were involved in financial management and consulting. That same year, they also worked as an Intern at IGCAR, where they designed a proportional-integral controller to control the pump speed in the Fast Breeder Test Reactor. In 2012, they became a Business Analyst at Stratburg Market Research & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. In 2015, they were Cofounder and CEO of Scrapjoe, a recyclable waste management company. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Product Manager at 10i Commerce Services Pvt Ltd and OYO. In 2019, they also worked as a Manager in Political Consulting. In 2021, they are currently Head of Product at 56 Secure, where they are making security accessible and affordable through technology. In 2022, they will become a Saison Capital Venture Capital Scout at Credit Saison, where they support the corporate venture arm and makes direct and fund of fund investments.

Vinayak Megharaj's educational history includes a Masters in Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a B.E in Instrumentation from the Visvesvaraya Technological University, and secondary education from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College and Bishop Cotton Boys School. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma from Hewlett-Packard, HP Certified - Product Management from Hewlett-Packard, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Cognizant Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
