Chandini Balani

Chandini Balani currently serves as a Team Lead (Thai) at 5CA since August 2022. Prior to this role, Chandini gained extensive experience at Teleperformance from June 2017 to January 2022, working as a Customer Service Supervisor, Training and Quality Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. Chandini holds a degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Radio and Television from Chiangmai University, which was completed between 2011 and 2015.
