George Iliescu

George Iliescu has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. George started their career as a Press Monitoring Agent at Mediafax in 2007. George then joined Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. as a Bartender from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they joined CGS Romania as a Senior Customer Service Agent and later became a Senior Team Lead, responsible for project management and operational tasks. From 2018, George has been working at 5CA, where they started as a Sr. Operations Manager, overseeing CX operations and leading a team. George then moved on to become a Lead Business Optimization & Data Program Manager and, currently, serves as the Operations Director and Senior Program Manager. In this role, their responsibilities include global program management, continuous improvement, transformational initiatives, and change management.

George Iliescu has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. George also holds a Bachelor of Applied Ethics in Philosophy from the University of Bucharest, which they acquired from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, George has obtained certifications in COPC High Performance Management Techniques from COPC Inc. in 2020 and Communication Skills for Managing People from Learnit in 2018.
