Shanika Ofori

Shanika Ofori, PMP, has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shanika has served as a Director in multiple companies, including 5CA, where they managed strategic and large accounts, focusing on client strategy development, engagement and retention, and revenue growth. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Global Sales Operations & Business Development at Conectys, a global outsourcing company. Shanika also held leadership positions at Telvista Inc., where they were responsible for pre-sales solution architecture, project management, and sales operations. Additionally, Shanika worked as a Senior Business Consultant at Chase and Capital One Home Loans, managing cross-functional projects in mortgage operations. Their career also includes serving as a Customer Sales and Service Operations Manager at JP Morgan Chase, Washington Mutual, and Providian, where they worked on mortgage, process improvement, and customer service projects. Throughout their career, Shanika has demonstrated expertise in client management, sales operations, project management, and process improvement.
