Andy Fyfe has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations.

Andy currently serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at 60 Decibels, a tech-enabled impact measurement company. In this role, they work with a wide range of organizations to improve their impact performance.

Andy also serves on the Advisory Board of Beyul Retreat, a wilderness lodge and gathering space that aims to inspire conscious recreationalists to make small changes with positive global impacts.

In addition, they serve on the Advisory Board of the NEW YORK GIANTS YOUTH BASEBALL CLUB INC and was previously the Director of Equitable Growth at B Lab, a nonprofit that promotes using business as a force for good.

Andy has also served on the Advisory Board of Luke's Lobster + Island Institute Project and as the Board President of the Evelyn Hickman Foundation, which provides funding for higher education and supports solutions for better living conditions.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Development Contract for Urban Jelly, a pilot program under SpringWorks that aimed to empower inner-city high school students through entrepreneurial business management.

Andy also served as the Director of Business Development and Operations / Cafe Manager at Red Victorian Peaceful World Foundation, a landmark establishment promoting peace through conversations among strangers.

Andy has worked as a Fellow Program Consultant at The Hoop Fund and as a Community Manager at Impact Hub Bay Area, where they focused on increasing membership through relationship building.

Andy Fyfe began their education in 2005 at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in International Affairs. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies during their time at the university, which lasted until 2009. In 2007, they studied at La Universidad de Chile in Santiago, focusing on International Affairs with a specialization in Economic Development and Globalization. During the same period, they also attended San Francisco State University, where they pursued an Arts and Sciences degree in International Business and Food Systems. In 2011, Andy attended Golden Gate University for their post-graduate studies in Managing for Sustainability, completing their education in 2012.
