Vigneshwaran M has extensive experience in resource management and technical leadership, currently serving as a Resources Manager and Technical Team Lead at UST since October 2018. Prior to this role, Vigneshwaran worked at Jio from February 2015 to September 2018 as a Team Leader, focusing on KPI monitoring, optimization, planning, and vendor coordination.
