Alex Routh has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as a TV Production Intern at HomeTowne Television in 2015. In 2016, they became a Collegiate Brand Ambassador for HanMade by Han and a Hostess at The Committed Pig. They also joined the Penn State AD/PR Club as a member from 2016 to 2019.

In 2017, Alex worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Penn State CAT Lab and as the Chief Recruitment Officer for the Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity. They then interned at The GREEN Program as a Brand Awareness & Social Media Intern, where they managed and grew the company's online social networks.

Alex continued their marketing and communications career at Grey Group in 2019, starting as an Assistant Account Executive in Business Development and later becoming an Account Executive. They supported a team in managing and executing agency pitches, crafting visually engaging decks, and ensuring on-time submissions.

Currently, Alex is working at 72andSunny as a Brand Manager. They have been responsible for spearheading creative development and delivery of email promotions for clients such as BetMGM, Spotify, and Carl's Jr. & Hardee's. They also collaborate with entertainment partners and manage internal and external workflow and client communication.

Alex Routh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising from Penn State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they also received certifications such as the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite Academy in February 2019, the Digital Sales Certification from Google in January 2019, the Google Ads Fundamentals certification from Google in January 2019, and the Google Analytics Qualification from Google in April 2017.
