Ing. Alexander P.

Ing. Alexander P. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ing. Alexander is currently serving as the Head of Systemadministration & DevOps at 7LYTIX since November 2019. Before that, they worked at Vienna University of Technology from October 2015 to November 2019, where they held various roles at different institutes, including Institut für rechnergestützte Automation, Institut für Computersprachen, and Institut für Informationssysteme.

In addition, Alexander worked as a Penetration Tester / Cyber security engineer at Research Industrial Systems Engineering GmbH from July 2016 to October 2019. Ing. Alexander also gained experience as a Senior Software Developer at kununu from March 2012 to February 2014 and as a Software Developer at free-com - the information architects from May 2010 to March 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at WEBGES from March 2007 to May 2010.

Alexander's work experience also includes an internship at Medical University of Vienna in July 2004, where they provided technical support, IT assembling, and network planning for the new Med. Uni. Wien. Overall, Alexander has a strong background in system administration, DevOps, automation, languages, security, and software development.

Ing. Alexander P. started their education journey in 1999 at HTBLVA Spengergasse Wien V, where they pursued a degree in EVD und Organisation. Ing. Alexander studied there for seven years and completed their studies in 2006, earning the title of Ing.

In 2014, Ing. Alexander P. enrolled at Technische Universität Wien to further their education in the field of Medizinische Informatik. Ing. Alexander pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree and completed their studies in 2017.

Currently, Ing. Alexander P. is planning to continue their education at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. Ing. Alexander is expected to earn a Bachelor's degree in Informatik, starting in 2023.
