Catherine Couturier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Catherine currently works as a Lead Product Manager at 7shifts, where they manage the team responsible for restaurant team management. Prior to this, Catherine worked at Shopify as a Senior Product Manager, where they led top-of-the-funnel initiatives and platform investments to improve user onboarding. Catherine also played a key role in the redesign of the customer section and the global launch of a new customer segmentation platform. Before Shopify, Catherine was a Product Manager at SSENSE, where they led the team that conceptualized and built the products for the Store of the Future in Montreal.
