Kathy Quarles

Kathy Quarles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathy currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Employee Development at 80 Acres Farms, where they provide strategic direction and support for talent acquisition and talent development processes and programs. Prior to this, they worked at Quotient Technology Inc. as the Human Resources Director - Talent Acquisition, leading the Talent Acquisition team and designing and executing talent acquisition strategies.

Before their time at 80 Acres Farms and Quotient Technology Inc., Kathy worked at GE in various senior HR roles. As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for GE Edison Works and GE Aviation, they supported multiple organizations, ensuring organizational effectiveness and workforce readiness. Kathy also provided HR strategy, partnership, and leadership across global manufacturing facilities, empowering HR leaders and supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement efforts, data analysis, and talent retention and development.

Kathy's extensive HR experience includes roles at GE Aviation, where they served as the Talent Acquisition Leader for Aviation Manufacturing Operations division, developing comprehensive talent engagement and recruiting strategies. Kathy also provided HR support and leadership for Aviation IT organizations, driving business transformation and employee engagement. Additionally, Kathy worked at Chiquita Brands International as an HR Generalist for the Sales & Global Innovations division and an HR Coordinator for Corporate Functions.

Early in their career, Kathy gained experience as an HR Assistant at General Cable and an Account Executive and Recruiter at Career Innovations. With their passion for talent acquisition, talent development, and HR strategy, Kathy has consistently demonstrated their ability to provide strategic direction and support to organizations across various industries.
