Nicole Frank has worked in the restaurant industry since 2010. Nicole began their career as a Bartender/Server at Carnivale Restaurant. In 2013, they moved to ESquared Hospitality The Florentine, where they worked as a Bartender and helped create and enforce new cleaning schedules. In 2015, they joined Levy Restaurants as a Manager, where they revamped the training program for front of house staff, assisted in the hiring process, and managed the onboarding paperwork for new hires. Nicole also wrote a weekly schedule for a staff of 50-60. In 2018, they became the Asst. General Manager at Little Toasted, where they were the Hiring Manager and helped create a structured training program for new front of house staff. In 2019, they joined wherewithall as a Captain, where they trained new employees and performed managerial duties, including helping create a cohesive training program for front of house staff. In 2020, they joined 86 Repairs as a Customer Service Manager, Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager. In this role, they were responsible for 86 Repairs' repair and maintenance management platform, which included on-demand repair management and preventative maintenance.
Nicole Frank received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Theatre from Bradley University between 2000 and 2004. Nicole then received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Visual Arts Education from the University of Southern Indiana between 2005 and 2009.
