Nicole Frank has worked in the restaurant industry since 2010. Nicole began their career as a Bartender/Server at Carnivale Restaurant. In 2013, they moved to ESquared Hospitality The Florentine, where they worked as a Bartender and helped create and enforce new cleaning schedules. In 2015, they joined Levy Restaurants as a Manager, where they revamped the training program for front of house staff, assisted in the hiring process, and managed the onboarding paperwork for new hires. Nicole Frank received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Theatre from Bradley University between 2000 and 2004. Nicole then received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Visual Arts Education from the University of Southern Indiana between 2005 and 2009.
