Tina I. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Tina is currently working at 8th Light as the Director of Learning and Development. Tina's previous role was as the Principal Consultant for Organizational Development and DEI at Indalecio & Company. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of Learning Architecture and Consulting at Indigo Slate, where they were responsible for developing GTM strategies and leading a global managed service team for Google. Tina also has experience as the Agency Principal and Founder of Runaway Brandit, Inc., specializing in marketing and creative strategy.
Tina I. is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Eastern Washington University, with an expected completion date in 2025.
