Tina I.

Tina I. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Tina is currently working at 8th Light as the Director of Learning and Development. Tina's previous role was as the Principal Consultant for Organizational Development and DEI at Indalecio & Company. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of Learning Architecture and Consulting at Indigo Slate, where they were responsible for developing GTM strategies and leading a global managed service team for Google. Tina also founded and co-hosted the podcast series "F* the Seat," focusing on leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tina has held various program management roles at Rockwell Automation, Oregon Tool, and Tech Qualled. Additionally, Tina worked as the Business Practice Manager for a web software startup called Businesstastic. Tina started their career as an Adjunct Faculty at FIDM, teaching marketing, communications, and business courses. Tina also has experience as the Agency Principal and Founder of Runaway Brandit, Inc., specializing in marketing and creative strategy.

Tina I. is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Eastern Washington University, with an expected completion date in 2025. Tina previously obtained a Master's Degree in Instructional Science and Technology (M.S.) from California State University, Monterey Bay. Tina also holds a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Criminology, Law & Society from UC Irvine and has completed an Education Abroad program at the University of Cambridge, where they studied Sociology, History, and English at Pembroke College. Additionally, Tina has obtained various certifications related to diversity, inclusion, and leadership from LinkedIn and the ASTD (American Society for Training and Development).
