Don Osmer

Don Osmer is Vice President of Human Resources and brings more than 25 years of strategic and tactical experience in employee engagement and development, succession planning, performance management and recruiting. Don is passionate about enhancing best-in-class HR processes and practices, recruiting top talent and developing top performing teams. He joined 908 Devices in January 2022. Prior roles include human resources director positions at NEC Energy Solutions and Celera Motion, a business of Novanta Inc. He also held talent acquisition manager roles at medical equipment manufacturer Smith & Nephew and at MFS Investment Management. Don earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from New England College.
