Elena Menouhou

Elena Menouhou has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Head of HR at Circana since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at IRI as the Head of HR for Greece and the Global Analytics Center of Excellence from 2014 to 2023, where they were responsible for various HR programs and talent management strategies. Before IRI, they were the Managing General Partner at The Talent Square, an executive search and professional coaching firm, from 2008 to 2013. Elena also worked at Manpower as the Head of Executive Search Services from 1999 to 2006, as well as at Diners World Travel as an Assistant Branch Manager from 1994 to 1998.

Elena Menouhou completed a BSc in Business Administration at Deree College from 1994 to 1999. Elena then pursued an MSc in Human Resources Management at the University of Surrey from 1999 to 2000. Elena also received certification as a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Personnel & Development in 2008 and 1999 respectively. Additionally, they obtained the ACC Coach qualification from the International Coaching Federation.
