Shenali Fernando

Shenali Fernando has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Shenali started their career at HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC as an HR Intern, where they gained experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and administration of internship programs. After that, they joined AIA as a Human Resources Intern, where they assisted in employee confirmation process, contract management, and employee recognition schemes. Currently, Shenali is working at 99x as an Associate Executive and then promoted to Executive in the Human Resources department. Shenali'sresponsibilities at 99x include managing the onboarding process for new hires, conducting inductions, overseeing the new hire 360 program, and implementing improvements based on feedback. Throughout their career, Shenali has shown their dedication to the field of Human Resources and continues to grow professionally in their role.

From 2003 to 2016, Shenali Fernando attended Bishop's College Colombo 03, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
