Andrea Borlenghi has been working in the field of additive manufacturing since 2015. In that year, they completed a Corporate Governance Internship at BT. In 2016, Borlenghi founded Cicero.app, which was later acquired by Evensi Spa. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Account Manager at 3devo B.V., where they were responsible for the desktop high-temperature extrusion of PEEK for additive manufacturing use. From 2018 to 2020, Borlenghi was a Business Territory Manager Italy & Eastern Region, Country Manager Italy, Strategic Sales, and Business Developer at Roboze. In 2020, they founded Capitolare. Currently, Borlenghi is a Territory Business Manager at 9T Labs, where they are responsible for the first solution to 3D print PEKK and continuous fibers filament.

Andrea Borlenghi has a diverse education history. From 2012 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor in Economy and Laws from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 2013 and 2014, they attended Audencia as an MBA student for an Exchange Program, focusing on Business and Finance. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained an MSc in International Management from Utrecht University, with a focus on Business Development and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Becoming Head of Sales: Developing Your Playbook" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Managing New Managers" from LinkedIn in April 2020, an "Econometrics summer course" from Utrecht University in August 2016, and an IELTS 7.5 from the British Council in April 2016.
