Hannes Schütte has a diverse professional background, having worked in various roles for multiple companies since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Working Student for Volkswagen Financial Services. In 2014, they interned at ITT Bornemann, where they worked on a research project on progressive cavity pumps. In 2015, they worked as a Strategic Procurement Intern for Airbus Group - Premium AEROTEC, during which they wrote a thesis on "Generating Supply Chain Transparency and Price Stability within the field of procurement" and a seminar paper on how research and development projects affect the procurement in the aerospace industry. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Manager for Intergroup Partners AG. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Solvay as a Business Development Manager - Thermoplastic Composites, where they built and executed raw material product strategy in Europe, developed strategic partnerships across Europe, managed complex RFI/RFPs, developed commercial proposals for new product developments, defined go-to-market strategies, organized Solvay's participation on relevant conferences, coordinated webinars and internal webcasts, and built a sales development pool. Currently, they work as a Sales Manager EMEA for 9T Labs.
Hannes Schütte's education history consists of four educational experiences. Hannes attended Technische Universität Braunschweig from 2011 to 2012, studying Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Hannes then attended Fachhochschule Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering. In 2014, they took part in a study abroad program at California State University, Fullerton, focusing on International Business. Hannes is currently enrolled at ThePower Business School, beginning in 2021.
