Will Williams

Will Williams has a long and varied work experience. Will began their career in 2004 as the Founder and Partner of Deployed Soldiers Network, L.L.C., where they provided private Internet Services to soldiers assigned to NATO-led Camp Bondsteel Kosovo. In 2010, they became the Senior Program Manager at SpecPro, Inc., where they led service delivery for mission support to the National Prevailing Wage Center in Washington DC. Later that same year, they were appointed Director of Operations at HP Enterprise Services, where they managed a 132-person team and a $250M contract providing 24/7 managed-desktop services, helpdesk operations, and operations management for over 7,500 seats. In 2012, they moved to TekPro Services as Director of Programs and Program Director. In 2014, they joined AECOM as Deputy Program Manager for USCIS NATIONS. In 2015, they became Vice President at Information Innovators Inc. (Triple-i), where they led a global 309-person, $101M contract to support The Department of Homeland Security, U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In 2017, they held positions as Director at Unisys, Lead Business Relationship Manager at SAIC, and Vice President at Salient CRGT. Most recently, in 2018, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at 9th Way Solutions.

Will Williams has an education history that includes a BA in Economics from Howard University (1989-1992), an Associate of Arts - AA in General Studies from University of Maryland Global Campus (1987-1989), a Master's Degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University (1997-1998), and a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Business Management from Capella University (2008-2022).
