Natasha Mills

Natasha Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture at A. Farber & Partners Inc. since 2003, Natasha has previously held significant roles as a Senior Generalist in Human Resources at Certapay Inc. from September 2000 to June 2003 and as a Senior Administrator in Human Resources at DMR Consulting Group Inc. from September 1994 to August 2000. Natasha earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Ryerson University between 1996 and 1999 and also holds a certificate in Organizational Change Management from Global Knowledge in Toronto, Canada.
