Rhonda Fabian

Rhonda is a Debt Solutions Manager serving people in Farber’s Tillsonburg, Woodstock and St Thomas offices. She has 16 years of experience in the insolvency industry and is a Certified Insolvency Administrator and Qualified Insolvency Counsellor. Rhonda started in the insolvency industry with McLay and Company in 2003 as Head of the firm’s Tax Department. She subsequently became part of Farber when the firm acquired McLay in 2014.

Prior to working in insolvency, Rhonda was a self-employed small business owner in St. Thomas, from 1993 to 2002. This experience gave her in-depth knowledge of the challenges and rewards of managing the finances of a small business, and how important successful financial management is to both business and personal situations. Before this, Rhonda worked in the restaurant business for 10 years, in Milton Ontario.
