Tobias Johansson

Tobias Johansson has a diverse work experience. Tobias started their career as a Runner at Pepe's Bodega in 2015 and then worked as an Account Manager at ServiceFinder, where they successfully increased revenue through prospecting and B2B cold calls. Later, they worked as a Private Tutor at Allakando in 2016. In 2017, Tobias joined Zmarta Group as a Telemarketer, where they reached out to former customers and solved their financial problems through phone calls. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Staffing and Recruitment Assistant at Academic Work, supporting recruiters in various hiring processes. In 2020, they served as a CV Advisor at Lund University School of Economics and Management. Currently, they hold the position of Business Manager & Recruitment Consultant at A-hub, where they manage the recruitment process, builds partnerships with hiring managers, and fosters consultant relationships.

Tobias Johansson began their education in 2013 at Renmark High School in Australia as part of the Rotary Youth Exchange program. Tobias completed their exchange year in 2014. Then, in 2017, they enrolled at Lund University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with a major in Organizational Psychology. Tobias completed their studies at Lund University in 2021. In 2019, Tobias took part in an exchange program at UC Santa Barbara, where they studied without seeking a specific degree. Alongside their formal education, Tobias obtained certifications as a Divemaster from PADI in October 2015 and as a Certified User from Assessio in 2023.
