Michelle Leal

Michelle Leal has a strong background in product development and materials, with experience at companies such as A.L.C., NAADAM, The Row, and Alexander Wang Inc. Michelle has held various roles, including Senior Director of Product Development, Director of Product Development and Materials, and Senior Product Development Manager. Michelle has also worked in design and development capacities at MI JONG LEE, pamella roland, J. Mendel, and Oscar de la Renta. Their experience spans from 2013 to the present, demonstrating their expertise and longevity in the industry.

Michelle Leal completed an Executive Program in Retail, Design Merchandising, and Sustainable Business Models at Istituto Marangoni from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fashion/Apparel Design from Savannah College of Art and Design from 2009 to 2013.
