Wayne Grove

Wayne is a highly experienced security specialist with over 30 years in the security industry which has enabled him to hone his commercial experience and acumen. A former member of HM Forces with an extensive operational background started him on his journey within this line of work. Wayne has a real passion for the industry and is well versed in managing multicultural and complex teams often in challenging environments. His subject area matters of expertise include; planning and running large event / security operations, compliance, and training, devising and implementing risk assessments, security risk management, physical and property security, executive protection, Hostile environment security awareness and life coaching, and holds an extensive collection of qualifications to support his expertise. Wayne joined AP Security (APS) Ltd in 2006 as Security Manager and has since progressed through the company and is now Director of Training and Operations, leading the industry in training initiatives within the current climate, whist also exceeding clients expectations with the high standard of training we provide to all our staff.
