Elena Barantsevich

Elena Barantsevich has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Elena started their career in 2002 as the Head of Customer Service at FE "VELCOM", where they contributed to the restructuring and creation of new functional units within the department. Elena also played a key role in designing and developing self-care systems. From 2008 to 2010, Elena served as the Customer Care & Quality Director at Nar Mobile, where they established customer service operations for the telecom operator in Baku. Elena implemented a new call distribution architecture and led projects to improve the effectiveness of the call center operators. Elena then joined Unitary enterprise velcom as the Customer Service and CRM Director, where they maintained and developed customer service support and coordinated up-selling and churn prevention programs. In 2018, Elena worked as an Executive Manager at CORNICHE HOTEL, overseeing various aspects of the family business, including interaction with municipalities, financial accounting, pricing, staffing, and communication with aggregators. Elena currently holds the position of Head of Enterprise Sales & Key Accounts at 101 Belarus.

Elena Barantsevich's education history includes an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Kozminski University (2014-2016), a talent management program with INSEAD courses from Telecom Austria Group Business School (2012-2015), and a Higher School of Management and Business degree from Belarusian State Economic University (2001-2004). Elena also attended BKUM for International Economic Relations (1995-1999), a Saint-Peterburgs school (1989-1991), and Chita school (1984-1989). Additionally, Elena has a degree in music (organ) from Belarusian Academy of Music, focusing on old music interpretation (organ). Elena also studied at Minsk State Medical College from 1992-1995.
