Emma Wallage

Emma Wallage has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Emma'smost recent position was as the Human Resources Senior Director - Head of HR at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of HR strategy and execution. Prior to that, they worked at Amgen in various HR roles, including Talent Acquisition Lead, Human Resources Director - HR Business Partner, Human Resources Senior Manager - HR Projects & Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager - Central & Eastern Europe. Emma also had a role as a Policy Advisor at the Department for Transport (DfT) in the United Kingdom, where they managed cross-functional teams and advised ministers on aviation regulation policy.
