Jonas Berndtsson

Jonas Berndtsson started their work experience in 1987 as a Major in the Swedish Armed Forces. In 1999, they became an HR Manager at Stora Enso and held this role until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Nordic HR Director at Euromaster, where they implemented a new governance model and created a common Nordic intranet and management system. Jonas then worked at Nederman from 2011 to 2016 as the VP HR EMEA, responsible for succession planning, talent management, and leadership development. Since 2016, they have been the Global HR Director at AAK.

Jonas Berndtsson attended Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University from 1996 to 1998. Jonas also completed their secondary education at Falkenbergs gymnasium. In terms of certifications, Jonas obtained a Situational Leadership (SL-II) certification from Ken Blanchard in 2018. Additionally, they have certifications in Predictive Index from The Predictive Index and Talent Q from Talent Q, though the specific dates of acquisition are unknown.
