Joseph Snurr

Joseph Snurr has extensive experience in human resources management, having served as Human Resources Manager at Conbraco Industries since March 1985, overseeing all HR functions, safety, environmental compliance, and wastewater pre-treatment. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Director of Employee Relations at The Manitowoc Company from June 1971 to March 1985, where responsibilities included managing human resources, employee relations, safety, environmental compliance, and security. Additionally, Joseph worked as an Ombudsman, focusing on the resolution of employee issues efficiently and positively. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Juniata College between 1966 and 1970.
