Pascal Pelat-Ugarte

Pascal Pelat-Ugarte has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Pascal started their career at Capgemini as a Chef de Projet and later became a Director of Projects. Pascal was responsible for implementing a platform for interbank transfers and overseeing the support and testing of interbank exchange software. Pascal joined Aareal Bank France as the Director of Middle Office and later served as the Interim Finance Director and Head of Information Systems and Payments. Pascal then moved to Aareon AG as the Integration Manager, where they led the merger between Sylogis.com and Aareon France. Pascal then took on various roles at Aareon France, including as Deputy General Manager, overseeing internal resources such as HR and the information system, as well as finance and management control. Pascal'smost recent position is with Aareon AG as the Corporate Finance Director. Pascal is also involved in the governance of Aareon UK, Aareon Nordic, and Aareon France, serving as a member of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board for these companies.

Pascal Pelat-Ugarte earned a degree in Information Technology from ESIEA - ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS D'UN NUMÉRIQUE UTILE. Pascal attended this school from 1986 to 1991. Later, from 2005 to 2008, Pascal pursued further education in Accounting and Finance at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where they obtained a Descf degree.
