Sandra Shyi

Sandra Shyi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in streamlining processes and improving organizational efficiency. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at AArete since June 2022, Sandra has developed comprehensive onboarding procedures for contractor integration in the UK/EU and US regions and enhanced executive decision-making through an innovative board deck methodology. Previously, as an HR Analyst at Corning Incorporated, Sandra managed HRIS operations and led recruitment efforts across multiple states. Additional experience includes roles as an International Consultant at Quin Link, a Training Coordination and Projects Intern at Southwest Airlines, and a Community Management Intern at Walgreens. Sandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Human Resource from Texas A&M University.
