Asif M.D. Iqbal Rashid

Asif Md. Iqbal Rashid has a solid work experience in the field of human resources. Asif Md. started their career at The Premier Bank Ltd as a Management Trainee Officer in June 2005. From there, they progressed to become a Senior Officer in HR and then a First Executive Officer in Human Resources. In July 2007, they joined Prime Bank Ltd as an Executive Officer in the Human Resources Division. Asif Md. later served as a Senior Executive Officer in Human Resources. In October 2012, they joined AB Bank Limited as an Assistant Vice President in HR, and later became the Senior Assistant Vice President, responsible for the AB Bank Training Academy and Talent Management. Asif Md. then was promoted to Vice President and Senior Manager of HR Operations before assuming their current role as Senior Vice President and Senior Manager of HR Operations in January 2022.

Asif Md. Iqbal Rashid has a diverse educational background. Asif Md. holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance & Human Resource Management, from North South University. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from BiMS.

Before entering the field of business, Asif pursued their interest in social science at the University of Dhaka. Asif Md. obtained a Master's degree in Social Science, with a concentration in Economics. Asif Md. also holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science, with the same specialization, from the same university.

In terms of secondary education, Asif attended Dhaka College for their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Monipur High School & College for their Secondary School Certificate (SSC).

To enhance their professional skills further, Asif obtained a Professional Certificate in Human Resource Operations (PcHRO) from the World Academy for Research & Development [WARD].
