Murtaz Ali Khan

Murtaz Ali Khan started their work experience in 2018 with SAP as a Young Professional. Murtaz Ali completed the SAP Young Professional Program and gained certifications in SAP Ariba and SAP Hybris. Murtaz Ali also participated in various workshops during this program. Later, they joined Abacus Consulting in 2018 as a SAP Ariba Solution Consultant, where they worked until 2021. In this role, they provided expertise in SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Signature Management by DocuSign, and SNAP. Murtaz Ali worked on projects at Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) and United Energy Pakistan (UEP). From 2021 to 2022, Murtaz served as a Senior SAP Ariba Architect at Abacus Consulting, where they were responsible for helping organizations leverage their businesses through SAP Ariba and improving processes. In 2022, they became the SAP Ariba Practice Area Lead, overseeing the establishment and management of the SAP Ariba Practice at Abacus Consulting. Murtaz Ali was responsible for developing business strategies, ensuring the alignment of operations with objectives, building relationships with partners and stakeholders, and providing solutions for successful delivery.

Murtaz Ali Khan completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Lancaster University from 2014 to 2018. Murtaz Ali then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained several certifications from SAP, including SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager in 2023, and various certifications in SAP Ariba Procurement, SAP Ariba Contracts, SAP Ariba Sourcing, and SAP Hybris Commerce Business Analyst between 2017 and 2019.
