Dan Marino

Dan Marino is currently a Senior Counsel in Licensing & Acquisitions at Abbott Laboratories, where they provide strategic legal guidance on domestic and international transactions. Before moving in-house, Dan was a Partner in the M&A group at McDermott Will & Emery, representing private equity and strategic clients on a variety of corporate matters. They graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where they earned a J.D. and served as editor-in-chief of the Annals of Health Law. Dan's extensive career also includes over a decade in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, with notable roles at Pfizer and Orthofix.
