Jiajie Feng

Jiajie Feng is a Senior Scientist at AbbVie, specializing in process chemistry since July 2017, where responsibilities include executing cGMP manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), enabling advancements in antibody drug conjugate synthesis, fostering collaboration to progress drug candidates to Investigational New Drug (IND) status, and overseeing third-party manufacturing activities. Prior to AbbVie, Jiajie Feng served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin from August 2012 to May 2017, focusing on transition metal-catalyzed synthetic method development and natural product synthesis, particularly in the context of achieving asymmetric tert-(hydroxy)-prenylation and constructing quaternary centers in terpenoids. Jiajie Feng earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Peking University.
