Mahesh Malalage currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Innovation at AbbVie, focusing on strategic planning, innovation, and customer engagement in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Mahesh held various positions at Takeda, including Marketing Lead for the IBD portfolio and Business Unit Manager for Gastroenterology, where responsibilities included portfolio strategy and commercialization. Mahesh has extensive experience at Eli Lilly and Company, overseeing P&L for significant product portfolios and leading marketing teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
