Peena Patel

Peena Patel currently serves as the Senior Associate General Counsel - Oncology Lead at AbbVie since October 2023. Prior to that, Peena was the Principal Owner of PKP2 Consulting LLC, providing consulting services to a biotech company on its first product launch from March to October 2023. Peena's experience includes roles such as Head of Legal for HUTCHMED, Executive Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Celgene, Assistant General Counsel at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, and Associate General Counsel at Sandoz Inc. Early in the career, Peena worked as an Associate at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC in the Corporate Finance and Technology Practice Group and as a Process Analyst at Accenture. Peena holds a BS in Finance and Management from Lehigh University and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
