Reema Malhotra

Reema Malhotra currently serves as Chief of Staff in the Project Management Office at AbbVie, focusing on strengthening operations in Canada since March 2021. Previously, from May 2015 to March 2021, Reema held various leadership roles at Allergan, including Senior Manager of the Allergan Medical Institute, where key responsibilities involved developing medical education strategies for medical aesthetics and managing key opinion leader relationships. Earlier career experiences include managerial positions at Bayer HealthCare, where Reema directed market access strategies, government relations, and stakeholder engagement, along with a background in pharmaceutical sales. Reema holds a Master's Degree in Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology and a certification from the Digital Marketing Institute.
