Bianca Barajas, MBA, ABCP has extensive work experience in sales enablement and marketing roles. Bianca recently joined ABBYY as the Head of Global Sales Enablement, where they transformed and formalized the enablement function by implementing processes and programs to drive sales effectiveness and productivity. Bianca developed a sales enablement charter and revamped the deal inspection process, resulting in a 4% increase in win rates. Prior to joining ABBYY, Bianca held positions at IQVIA as Director of Sales Enablement and Associate Director of Sales Enablement. Bianca also had a successful tenure at Sungard Availability Services as Senior Global Marketing Manager, Account Executive, Account Associate, and Product Specialist. Before that, they worked at Aetna as a Project Manager in Strategy & Business Development, and as a National Accounts Sales Associate.

Bianca Barajas, MBA, ABCP completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Management from Villanova University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from Penn State University, graduating in 2010. Furthermore, Bianca holds an Associate Business Continuity Professional certification from the Disaster Recovery Institute International, which they obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have received additional certifications in Enablement Strategy Masters and Enablement Metrics - Masters from the Sales Enablement Collective, with the former obtained in 2023 and the latter obtained in 2022.
