Megan Schwanz began their career in the field of mental health before transitioning into human resources. Megan has experience as a Human Resources Specialist, where Megan managed benefit administration and payroll. Currently, at Abdo, Megan holds the title of Senior Manager - HR Advisory, where Megan works with clients on strategic HR processes and employee development. Megan also has a background in counseling, having worked as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and Mental Health Practitioner earlier in their career. Megan holds a BS in Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
