Tamara Long

Tamara Long has been working in enrollment and student life at Abilene Christian University for over ten years. Tamara began their career at ACU in 2009 as the Director of Campus Recruiting. In 2011, they were promoted to Director of Enrollment Services and then to Dean of Admissions in 2012. In 2017, they were again promoted, this time to Associate Vice President for Enrollment. Tamara has been in their current role as VP for Enrollment & Student Life since 2018.

Tamara Long has a Doctor of Education from Azusa Pacific University in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts from Abilene Christian University in Communication.

They are on a team with Wendy Jones - CHRO & Title IX Coordinator, Slade Sullivan - General Counsel & VP, and Sheila Jones - Chair, Faculty Senate & Department of Kinesiology & Nutrition.
