James Gabriel

James Gabriel has a diverse work experience that includes roles in project management and engineering consulting. James started their career in 2008 at Design Communications, Ltd, where they worked as a Project Manager and Cost Engineer in the manufacturing sector. In 2012, they moved on to Altran, where they worked as a Project Manager in engineering consulting for almost six years. Their most recent role is as an Associate Director of Engineering at Abiomed, starting in 2018.

James Gabriel holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Northeastern University. James also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Western Michigan University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Facilitative Leadership from Leadership Strategies, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from GBMP & The Northeast Lean Conference, Managing Yourself & Leading Others and Strategic Leadership from Harvard Extension School, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
