Romy Benninga

Romy Benninga is the Head of Medical Affairs at Abionic. Prior to joining Abionic, they were with Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Before that, they were with Innosuisse - Schweizerische Agentur für Innovationsförderung, where they held the position of Business Concept Training. Romy has also worked as a researcher with Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences S.A and CHUV | Lausanne university hospital. Romy Benninga has also taught English at COL·LEGI SANT JOSEP (Sant Boi de Llobregat).

Romy Benninga has a Master of Science in Medical Biology from the University of Lausanne, a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences (Honors) from the University of Reading, and an IGCSE from The British School of Barcelona. Romy also has a certification from Cruz Roja Espanola in Paramedic First Aid Certificate and a certification from Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) in Board Certified Medical Affairs Specialist.

Their manager is François Ventura, Chief Medical Officer.
