Jacob Pescini

Jacob Pescini has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jacob recently joined Abley as a Business Development Manager in September 2021. Prior to that, Jacob worked at Critchlow Ltd for 15 years, where they held various positions including Senior Business Development Manager, Technical Marketing Manager, and GIS Consultant. Jacob has a deep understanding of geospatial data and solutions, and focuses on helping organizations overcome their business challenges. Before joining Critchlow Ltd, Jacob worked at Westminster City Council as a GIS Field Data Technician in 2004. Jacob also worked at MOUCHEL plc. as a Spatial Data Auditor in 2003, and at EDS New Zealand as a Team Leader for the Landonline Survey Data Conversion Project from 2001 to 2003.

Jacob Pescini attended the University of Canterbury from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Geography and Geology. In addition to their formal education, Jacob has also obtained various certifications, including Inbound Certification from HubSpot in March 2015 and certification as a MapInfo Professional Trainer from Pitney Bowes Software. Jacob has also completed a Train the Trainer program through the New Zealand Institute of Management.
