Pavel Fomin

Pavel Fomin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pavel started their career at Ukrsoft in 2000, where they worked as a Software Developer and System Architect. Pavel was responsible for redesigning and developing additional functionality for the Winfleet GPS System, as well as implementing a 4-tier system of data processing and generating reports.

From 2002 to 2003, Pavel worked at Xvand Technology as a System/Application Developer and Architect. Pavel'smain responsibilities included analysis, design, and development of various applications, including a thin print system for MS Terminal Server/Client.

In 2003, Pavel joined MiraSoft, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Manager and Delivery Manager, they managed subprojects of the Evidence XP system and implemented CMMI level 3 into project-related processes. Pavel was also responsible for resource planning and overseeing projects from beginning to end. Additionally, Pavel worked as a System Developer and Team Lead, focusing on the integration of ERP systems and administration of MBS servers.

In 2007, Pavel joined Afortio Ltd as a Project Manager. Pavel was responsible for continuous managing and communication with customers, as well as project maintenance, resource planning, and organizing project teamwork.

From 2008 to 2009, Pavel worked at EPAM Systems as a Team Lead.

In 2018, Pavel joined Art2Hire Tech Recruiters as a Senior Recruitment Manager. Pavel showcased their expertise in global talent acquisition, candidate/employee relations, coaching, and performance management. Pavel later became the VP of Business Development, overseeing the recruitment of talent for information technology companies.

From 2009 to 2017, Pavel founded and served as the CEO of Krasim.Poliruem., where they also worked as an Advisor.

Most recently, in 2021, Pavel joined ABM Cloud as a Delivery Manager.

Throughout their career, Pavel has demonstrated their ability to take on various roles and responsibilities, and their expertise in project management, recruitment, and team leadership.

Pavel Fomin attended Rusanovskyi Lyceum from 1993 to 1997, where they completed their secondary school education. Pavel then enrolled at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 1997 to 2002, obtaining a Master of Computer Science degree from the Faculty of Cybernetics.
